Rossendale

	Chairman: Ian Tattersall was elected chairman on the resignation of his very good friend Reg Rattan who held the post for a couple of years. Ian has been a very enthusiastic member of the Rossendale group for the last several years and though his arm had to be severely twisted for him to undertake the job in the first place, he has begun to feel very comfortable in it. His suitability for the post however is without doubt as he is experienced as a walker and is the calmest and most pleasant person you could wish to meet. Like the other officers, Ian doubles as a walk leader.
	Secretary: Martin Corbett is a fairly new recruit and joined the club at the start of 2007. Martin stepped in as Secretary when Peter Aizlewood resigned due to moving to Derbyshire. Next year Martin will become a walks leader. and recently he did the Yorkshire Three Peaks and is keen to organise some longer walks.
	Treasurer: Sheila Goggins, like the secretary, has taken on the job of treasurer at very short notice. We all hope that taking on the position will mean that we will see a lot more of her!
	Webmaster / Committee Member Adam Brockbank has been with Rossendale Ramblers for a couple of year's now and has led many interesting walks. Adam has recently taken over as webmaster from his friend Walter Waide. He is also a walks leader
	Featured Committee Member: Dougie Morris has walked with the group for a number of years but only became a committee member at the AGM in 2005. He also doubles as leader and you can read more about him by clicking the link.
Committee Members: Joan Breeze, Gretchen Tattersall, Dougie Morris, and Adam Brockbank, are all regular attenders at the committee meetings.
